Additional information is requested from a member to support a claim made under a specific benefit provided. We will use this information to validate the nature of the claim. This may include contacting the retailer where a purchase was made to verify that it was purchased and its status.

II. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your personal information for enrollment and billing purposes; to verify your membership; to process and issue payments, and identify or imply any other purposes at the time of collection or described in this Policy. If we have trouble processing an order, the information may be used to contact you. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment from exercising your privacy rights conferred by the CCPA. Please note, however, if you ask us to delete your data, it may impact your experience with us, including your ability to participate in programs membership services that require the usage of your personal information.
