Welcome to JoinEvery. These Terms govern your use of the www.joinevery.com website (“Site”), all related services (“Services”), and membership benefits. By accessing the Site or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
I. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JoinEvery (“Every,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. Your continued use of the Site and Services signifies your acceptance.
II. Membership, Registration, and Eligibility
To access member features, you must register and provide accurate information. Every member is subject to the terms regarding billing, fees, and earning commissions as outlined below. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state or country to use our Services.
III. Commissions
As a member, you can earn a commission when you, your friends, family, or followers make qualifying purchases through your deal page at participating brands.
- Commission Eligibility: For a purchase to qualify, users must click on a shopping link from your deal page. The purchase must be completed within the newly opened browser tab. Purchases made outside this tab, through non-participating websites, or beyond the allowed “cookie window” (usually 1-7 days) will not earn a commission.
- Geographical Limitations: Purchases must be made on applicable country-specific domains. U.S.-based members should shop on “.com” domains, while Canadian users must shop on “.ca” domains.
- Commission Calculation: Commissions apply to the purchase subtotal (excluding taxes and additional fees). If discounts, coupons, or store credits reduce the purchase amount, the commission will be based on the final subtotal.
- Commission Payments: Commission earnings are credited once brands notify us of qualifying purchases, typically within 7 business days. Payments are issued monthly for the previous month’s earnings, subject to a processing period of 2-3 weeks.
- Ineligible Purchases: Commissions are not earned for:
- Purchases using third-party or non-eligible coupons.
- Gift card purchases, reseller orders, returned items, or items “shipped to store.”
- Transactions completed through another tab or not initiated through a valid shopping link.
- Returns and Cancellations: Any returns, cancellations, or modifications to purchases will void the associated commission.
- Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to withhold or delay payments if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
IV. Coupons & Exclusive Offers
As a JoinEvery member, you have access to exclusive coupons and deals across brands. To ensure a commission on eligible purchases:
- Use only the coupon deals provided on the JoinEvery deal page.
- Ensure purchases are completed within the tab that opens directly from the shopping link.
- Coupon availability may vary by country, and certain restrictions may apply. These restrictions are detailed within each coupon link or upon checkout.
V. Payment and Billing
Membership fees and commission earnings are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are charged to your provided billing account. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges unless canceled. If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us via the “Contact Us” page. Refunds may apply for annual memberships upon cancellation.
- Payment Terms: Payments are processed through your selected payment method. If payment fails, you are responsible for updating your billing information.
- Changes to Billing: If the membership fee changes, we will notify you at least 15 days in advance.
VI. Use of Services
Our Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or alteration of Site content is prohibited. You also agree not to use automated means (e.g., bots, crawlers) to gather information from the Site.
VII. Intellectual Property
All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Every or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use this content without express permission.
VIII. User Content
By submitting content (e.g., testimonials) to us, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and display it for promotional purposes.
IX. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Every from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Site, Services, or violations of these Terms.
X. Communications
By joining JoinEvery, you agree to receive relevant communications, including account updates, offers, and promotions. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the “Unsubscribe” link.
XI. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Agreement to Arbitrate
All disputes will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), waiving your right to a trial by jury. Arbitration is conducted according to AAA rules.
Waiver of Class Arbitration
Disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. You waive the right to class arbitration.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA.
Jurisdiction
If arbitration is found invalid, disputes may be resolved in state or federal courts in Cobb County, Georgia.
XII. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease.
